Feature Requests

I have staff that need to have access to conversations, but I don't want them to have access to ALL conversations. For example, if I need to send a text message or have a phone conversation to a potential new staff member, I don't want my other staff members overhearing their interview and pay rates. Or if a parent calls because of concern about Mr. Bob, Mr. Bob should not have access to listening to that phone call or seeing that message. However, I still need teachers to have access to some conversations in the case of needing to contact families about scheduling private lessons.

Would love this to be branded, and change the messaging as we don't use the same terminology that this email has currently (I.e. on board, getting onboarded). We need the subject line to include our studio name.

This will Streamline the process, and help studios with large amount of data to transfer over, it will also make Enrollio more appealing as a solution to move to, from a sales point of view.

Have a option on the back to only allow parents to sign up for classes if they are sign up for autopay

This is really great on DSP. The ability to assign the teachers to the class, and keep it organized

Right now I cannot find a way to edit or find a way to change class information once it is created. For example, what if I need to change the time or number of kids allowed in the class?

Make a way to customize what you fields you would like parents to fill out (ie insurance, transportation) etc.

An option to delete classes and an option to select multiple classes and delete them. Just in case you accidentally upload the original file and not your classes 🤦🏼‍♀
